INTERIOR DESIGN FEES FROM MAY 2022
Blocks of time (lowers hourly fee);
20 hour design block booked in advance = £1,560.00
50 hour design block booked in advance = £3,700.00
75 hour design block booked in advance = £5,100.00
All the above require 50% deposit and then 50% balance upon completion (or balance of completed hours within a certain time span). This excludes out of pocket expenses which are charged separately (travel expenses, paint samples etc.)
*Please note other consultants required under Rachel Niddrie Design for works ie: Architects, CAD technicians etc. may charge in addition to these hourly costs.
- Initial 1/2 an hour consultation is FOC
- Design fees per hour is £85
- Design consultation starter package 10 hour block = £780.00
